Privacy Policy

Last updated May 20, 2026

Bably is a baby tracker app built by a small independent team. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it. Short version: we collect what we need to make the app work, we do not sell or share it for advertising, and you can delete everything at any time.

Who we are

Bably is the controller of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at bably@k8n.pro.

What we collect

What we do NOT collect

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of the contract we have with you to provide the Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of your consent for optional features such as notifications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

How we use the data

Family sharing inside the app

If you invite a caregiver, they receive access to the child profiles and activity logs you share with them. You can remove access at any time in Settings → Family.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete your account in Settings → Account and we remove your profile, child profiles, activity logs and any caregiver shares immediately and irreversibly.

Subprocessors

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email bably@k8n.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Bably is intended for parents and caregivers tracking their own infants and young children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
