By installing Bably you agree to these Terms. They are short and written in plain English so you actually read them.
1. The Service
Bably is a personal baby tracker for iPhone that lets you log feedings, sleeps, diapers, growth, temperature, mood and appointments. The Service is provided as-is.
2. Not medical advice
Bably is not a medical device. Nothing in the app — statistics, charts, reminders or shared reports — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a pediatrician or qualified healthcare professional for any concern about your child's health.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bably. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any caregivers you invite.
4. Bably Premium subscription
Bably is free to use with optional Premium add-ons:
- Monthly — $4.99 / month
- Yearly — $39.99 / year
Prices may vary by region; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is authoritative.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Bably for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service.
- Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.
6. Termination
You can stop using Bably and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bably is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is based. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where required.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
